The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Karpi P.S. Case No.96 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between both the parties and both parties have compromised the case vide Annexure 6. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
