06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

An allegation has been levelled against the petitioner to be in possession of eighteen litres of Mahua wine and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 14.03.2017. Furthermore, from para-3, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Chhathu Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Barsoi (Sudhani) P.S. Case No.61/2017.
