The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners are father and mother of the main co-accused Abhishek Kumar who alleged to be solemnized the marriage with the victim girl and lived together as husband

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40648 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 and wife as stated vide Annexure-2 to the present petition. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 08 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
