2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 313, 506, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2025.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. The allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon a married woman. The FIR has been

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna city/concerned Court below in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025.
