The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 386, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC. It is a case of assault upon the informant by the accused persons and snatching Rs.85,000/- from him also. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injuries are simple in nature which shows vide Annexure-2 to this petition. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
