2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and two other persons were caught on a motorcycle. One country made pistol and three live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in three more cases including the case of murder. The petitioner is in jail since 03.04.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 43745 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
