2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is said to have fired upon the informant with intention to kill him causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against him. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposing the prayer for bail submits that the regular bail of the co-accused has already been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2021.
