This application has been filed for quashing the order 5.10.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Marhowrah P.S. Case No.310 of 2011. From the record it appears that petitioner has filed an application for release of tractor bearing registration no. B.R. 31E-2552. The court below has recorded "I see no reason to discard and ignore the aforesaid documents and endorse the view that the petitioner Kundan Singh has got registered the vehicle in his name by practicing cheating, foul play and forgery." Thereafter the Court below has directed to release

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48219 of 2012 (2) dt.07-05-2015 the tractor in favour of the petitioner subject to furnishing of indemnity bond of rupees five lacs with two sureties of the like amount each along with an affidavit.

This Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order.

Accordingly this application is dismissed.
