The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that in a road accident one person died and two persons received serious injuries when the petitioners and one Vikash Kumar led the mob and blocked the road by putting the dead body on the road and demanded Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the police lodged the present case since the mob was protesting the inaction of the police. The accusation is omnibus and general against the mob. Similarly situated co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31382 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 Vikash Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.6213 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.88 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
