The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 95/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the owner of track bearing no. UP65CT1486. The police intercepted the truck of the petitioner and others on the basis of suspicious papers.

It is submitted that all the papers submitted by the driver and by the petitioner was found genuine. Similarly situated coaccused persons namely Jagdish Mahto, Jitendra Kumar Mahto, Ramjee Prasad Verma and Pankaj Kumar have already been granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39674 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 44198/2015 and 50408/2015. The case of petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail and the case of petitioner stands on the same footing, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 95/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
