Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 172 of 2016 registered under Sections- 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 08.02.2017, 13.02.2017 and 01.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 5616 of 2017, 3436 of 2017 and 2641 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28313 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 172 of 2016.
