Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.4477 of 2019 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No.289 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

it is alleged that about 66 litres liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
