JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, vide order dated 26th June 2014 passed in CWJC No. 1399 of 2014 disposed of the matter with a direction to file a representation before the Circle Officer and he was obliged to dispose of the matter.
In pursuance thereof, as per counsel for the petitioner, three orders have been passed, two are coherent but the 3rd one is inconsistent with the earlier two orders. This Court cannot convert this proceeding into writ petition. If the petitioner is not satisfied, he may challenge the
Patna High Court MJC No.4292 of 2014 (4) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 order in appropriate forum.
In such view of the matter, this contempt proceeding is dropped.
