JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Pursuant to this Court's order dated 20.5.2015, the Accountant General, Bihar is personally present. A show cause reply has been filed on his behalf, bringing on record the letter dated 27.5.2015 to the effect that payment of final pension/gratuity has been authorized. It has also been stated that payment of salary equivalent to unutilized earned leave has also been authorized.
