2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 408 of 2023 arising out of Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 416 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is of abducting Komal.

5. One, Mohammad Maqsood and Aisha are named in the FIR along with one unknown person.

6. From the statement of the victim girl it appears that the victim girl had fled from her house on her own with Riya who is not an accused in this case, though, it is Riya who was giving medicines to the victim girl and took her at different places. It has also been stated by the victim girl that the petitioner was also at one point of time seen at the place where she was taken by Riya.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner of any physical assault upon the victim girl.

8. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedents and he is a student of B.Sc.

9. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case just because he is the neighbour of the victim girl and is in custody since 01.02.2023.

10. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

11. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
