It is said that stolen mobile was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had purchased the aforesaid mobile from one Mangla Rai without knowing the fact that the said mobile is stolen property. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 18.05.2016 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in connection with Budha
