Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, informant and some witnesses claimed that the petitioner and others had committed the murder of the deceased due to previous enmity.

Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
