The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra (M) P.S. Case No. 374/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is theft of motorcycle. It has been submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is not named in the F.I.R. His name has been surfaced in the case on the basis of his confession that too before the police. No test identification parade has been held. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2018.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
