Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity and dirty village politics merely on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37340 of 2020(6) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
