2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jai Bajrang P.S. Case No. 1 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the daughter-in-law of the informant along with her child had proceeded for her maike but she did not reach there. It is further alleged that the informant suspected that his daughter-in-law has been kidnapped by someone.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the FIR the allegation appears to be false. The alleged victim is a major girl who is already married and she is having a child aged about 2 and half years. There is allegation that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45274 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 petitioner forcibly got her boarded on a motorcycle along with her 2 and half years child. As a matter of fact, she used to talk with the petitioner on mobile and under the duress of her family members she rendered the statement under Section 164 of CrPC in which she has falsely implicated the petitioner.
5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Jai Bajrang P.S. Case No. 1 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
