JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar Town (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017, registered under Sections 272,273, of IPC and 30(a) Bihar Prohibition Excise Act 2016.

The accusation leveled against the petitioner is with regard to him carrying about 36 litres of Mahua liquor on his rickshaw.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has got no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24404 of 2017 (3) dt.13-06-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, cum Special Judge, Katihar in connection with Katihar Town (Sahayak), P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017.
