The petitioner has been in custody since 07.03.2018 in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 145/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/372/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

It appears that the investigation is still under progress and the victim girl has not yet been recovered. In view of the facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after recovery of victim girl and after recording her statement
