JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a(e)(g) of Excise Act.

From one Maruti car huge quantity of illicit country made liquor were seized. The FIR was lodged against three persons but the name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation when it was found that the vehicle in question was initially registered in the name of a Judicial Officer, thereafter it was transferred to one Manoj but ultimately payment of consideration amount of the vehicle was made by the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has not been made from the petitioner and the

Since the case was registered in 2010, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No. 194 of 2010 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gaya.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
