The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the name of the court has been wrongly typed.
Accordingly, he is permitted to correct the same during the course of the day.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017, G.R. No. 64 of 2017, registered under Sections 30(A) and 38(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation leveled against to the petitioner is that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22207 of 2017 (3) dt.13-06-2017 2/2 the petitioner was sitting in a tempo with her child and the driver named Ajay Kumar Sah was driving the said tempo. The said tempo was apprehended by the police and two types of illicit liquor was found contained in several bottles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she along with her child hired the tempo in a bonafide manner. It is further submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge about the said illicit liquor being carried on the said tempo. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that she has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 23.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge ADJ- IVth, Bhagalpur in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017, G.R. No. 64 of 2017. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) khushbu/- U T
