Petitioner is accused in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016 registered under Sections 394 and 395/412 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Neither petitioner has been arrested on the spot nor any incriminating articles have been recovered from his possession. Further submission is that there is no cogent material in the case diary against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.17405 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sessions Trial No. 635 of 2016 arising out of Sonpur P.S.
