====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 30-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The case arises out of Ghoshi P.S. Case No.38 of 2021 under Section 363, 365 IPC, which was later converted under Section 364, 302, 120(B) of the Penal Code.

As per the informant Savita Devi on 17.01.2021, her son Ajay Kumar along with his friends went out, but failed to return. After searching everywhere for some days, the FIR was instituted. During the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner cropped up and subsequently charge sheet was also filed against him.

The police investigation clearly shows that on the basis of the confessional statement made by the accused petitioner herein, the police recovered the shoes, blooded jacket of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts, at present I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner herein, which is
