JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jokihat P.S. Case No. 396 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, on the order of co-accused Mujeeb, this petitioner assaulted the informant with Farsa on his head causing bleeding injury.

The injury report has been enclosed as Annexure-3 wherein the doctor has found sharp cutting injury size 3" x 1/2" x 1⁄4" which was simple in nature. In this manner, from injury report it appears that there is no repetition of blow. From the written report it appears that occurrence has
