JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-03-2016 The Director, Higher Education, Government of Bihar is directed to take a decision on the recommendation of the University with regard to sanction of posts of teaching and non-teaching staffs, details of which have been communicated to him as far back as 28.05.2011 and subsequent reminders thereto, i.e., Annexure-5 etc. The decision in this regard must be taken within a period of four months and communicated to the petitioner within the time frame indicated and fixed by the Court. It is also made clear that issue of release of grants and payments will further be considered from the decision so taken by the said Director. Writ application stands disposed of.
