Ms. Arya Vashist, the learned counsel for the complainant / informant has produced an order dated 15.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10096 of 2023 (quashing application), which suggests that further proceeding of the learned trial Court in Complaint Case No. 852 of 2021 remains stayed.

Learned counsel for the complainant / informant further submits that in view of the order dated 15.07.2024, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42926 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 petitioner has no apprehension till his arrest. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file fresh application when the apprehension of his arrest arises. 5.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the present application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
