This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the petitioner has caused fire arm injury on the thigh of the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2017. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present.

The prayer for bail is refused.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew the prayer before the learned Court below soon after framing of the charge. The Court below is expected to frame the charge preferably within three months, from the date of receipt charge sheet or this order, whichever is later.
