Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 29.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2896 of 2017 and again he prayed for bail which was rejected vide order dated 15.11. 2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51686 of 2017 and there is allegation against the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than two years and up till now the trial has not been concluded.

Heard learned A.P.P. also. However, it appears from perusal of the report that in this case seven witnesses have been examined and on the request of the learned APP summons were issued against other witnesses and dated 12.10.2018 was fixed.

No.51818 of 2018 (5) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is in custody for more than two years and the learned trial court is directed to conduct it on regular basis so as to conclude the trial as soon as possible without giving any adjournment to either of the sides.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
