JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Ransom was demanded from the informant on mobile-call by unknown person.

Submission of the petitioner is that, that mobile is not of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused Alok Kumar Singh @ Alok Kumar, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.52331 of 2016 on 16.12.2016. Petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2016, however, he has not been put on TIP uptil now. Nothing was recovered though charge

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50436 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar/Successor Court, in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016.
