1. The petitioner has moved an application for recalling of the order whereby the writ petition was relegated to raise his grievance before the District Appellate Authority/State Appellate Authority in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Suresh Ram Vs. State of Bihar.

2. The petitioner has reiterated whatever he has stated in the writ petition and submitted that the order be recalled as the petitioner is Lower Division Clerk. However, the Court finds that in terms of the Rules of 2020, the petitioner can take up the matter before the District Appellate Authority. No reason for recalling of the order is made out.

3.The recalling application is dismissed.
