This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. During investigation, on the basis of the confessional statement of this petitioner and co-accused, Kartik Kumar, certain incriminating articles were recovered. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that co-accused, Kartik Kumar, has already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19861 of 2017.

Finding the substance in the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, or successor Court.
