ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 436, 379 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears from the submissions advanced by both the parties that there is case and counter case between the parties with regard to blockage of road by the informant side. It is further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30221 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 submitted that be that as it may, petitioners have not been attributed any role and as such, they may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Motihar, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
