The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 56 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 180 ml, i.e., total 10.080 litres were recovered from the bushes at the flank of N.H. 28 from where the petitioner was apprehended. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.06.2017.

No.34003 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Case No. 225C2 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
