2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the husband of the informant went missing. When she started searching for him, she contacted Akhilesh Kumar, who disclosed that Nagendra Kumar, the husband of the informant, had been left him at Jehanabad road. During the course of investigation, Akhilesh Kumar has given his confessional statement and in his confessional statement, he has stated that he along with others had murdered Nagendra Kumar and that he had informed petitioner of his intention. It is also stated in his confessional statement that the petitioner absconded thereafter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that save and except the confessional statement of the said Akhilesh Kumar, no evidence has been found implicating the petitioner. Even if the confessional statement is taken to be true, the only involvement of this petitioner is that she was having knowledge regarding the intention of her husband. Moreover, the petitioner is lady and is languishing in judicial custody since 30.07.2024 having no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kako (Bhelawar O.P) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge -Xth, Jehanabad.
