This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Triyani P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014 (G.R.No. 336), disclosing the offence under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim lady, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-3 to the application, the same is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
