JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.37 of 2019 arising out of Dumaraon P.S. Case No.348 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

By order dated 30.01.2021, a report was called for regarding stage of the trial in connection with Sessions Trial No.37 of 2019 arising out of Dumaraon P.S. Case No.348 of 2018. The report is at Flag 'P'.

Perused the report of the learned Additional District Judge-VII, Buxar in which it is stated that the present case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1465 of 2021(4) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 pending for the statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the above named petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the above named petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.37 of 2019 arising out of Dumaraon P.S. Case No.348 of 2018 is hereby rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months.
