2.Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3.The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 147 of the Indian Penal Code.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 05.04.2023 and the petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence.

6.Considering the period of custody and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7.Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.
