Patna High Court CWJC No.7385 of 2014 (2) dt.29-06-2015 The petitioner has chosen to question the resolution dated 12.2.2014 of the Zila Parishad taken in its meeting held on 12.2.2014 as well as the orders passed pursuant thereto bearing Memo no.523 dated 24.2.2014 and Memo no.524 also dated 24.2.2014 copies of which are placed at Annexures 2, 5 and 5A respectively.

Perusal of the proceeding manifests that it is in a special meeting held on 12.2.2014 that certain decisions were taken of which the petitioner also happened to be a party with her name appearing at serial no.23.

It is next stated by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Verma that the resolutions have not been confirmed. A confirmation of a resolution is a matter of course and it is for the Zila Parishad to complete the formality.

In the circumstances discussed, I find no reason to interfere with the resolutions in question and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
