Petitioners, Raja Kumar Singh and Lalan Kumar Thakur, are in custody since 05.09.2016 in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 302 of 2016 registered under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

According to prosecution case, 200 pouch each containing 200 M.L. of country-made liquor were recovered from the possession of petitioners.

Considering the article recovered from the possession of the petitioners and the period of detention of thede petitioners, I direct the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
