2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 80, 238, 3(5) of the BNS, registered in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 558/2024.

3. According to allegation, the accused persons, committed dowry death of the deceased.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are mother and father of the husband of the deceased having no concern with day-to-day affair of the couple. The occurrence took place after five years of marriage. Three children of the deceased are residing with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41416 of 2025(4) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 petitioners. The husband is already behind bars.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. They are supposed to have no concern with the day-to-day affair of the couple and three minor children are living with the petitioners. The husband is already in custody.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 2nd Class, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 558/2024, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall produce the children of the deceased in the court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds.
