In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No.92 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 47 (a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The FIR itself shows that the present petitioner on account of the threat to his life by one Kishor Yadav he no longer remains there and the house from there the illegal liquor has been recovered was under the custody of said Kishor Yadav and so much so that learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46383 of 2016 (2) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 the case, let the petitioner-Guddu Tanti be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Munger, in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No.92 of 2016.
