Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance regarding service condition of the post of Anganwari Sevika and has not exhausted the remedy as directed in the guidelines, this application is premature.

When such an observation had been made learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move the competent authority.

This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
