JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 It is painful to note that the Juvenile Justice Board, Patna City, is yet to conclude the enquiry, as contemplated under Section 14 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, despite statutory time limit prescribed for the same and despite the observation made by this Court, dated 14.07.2017.

The Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Patna City, has sought for some more time for conclusion of enquiry, as, according to him, the evidence is being adduced in the enquiry.
