The petitioner seeks Anticipatory bail in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 309 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is that they were abusing and assaulting the informant, her Bhaisur and son of the Bhaisur.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is only general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation of any assault is made out against petitioner. Two persons have received single injury which is simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is case and

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of Anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 309 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
