JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance with regard to her being not selected on the post of Anganbari Sevika and that the respondent no. 7, despite being inferior in merit, has been selected and appointed, the remedy for her, instead of rushing to this Court, was before the competent authority, as prescribed in the Anganbari Sevika guidelines. Therefore, this writ application is premature. When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to move before the competent authority as against the selection and appointment of
Patna High Court CWJC No.10409 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 the respondent no. 7 as well as for making her appointment. That being so, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
