JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for modification of the order dated 24.05.2023 passed by Hon'ble Mr. justice Mohit Kumar Shah in Cr.Misc.No.15704/2023 and in view of facts which could not be placed at the time passing of the order and which are being mentioned in the application and for further extension of time for surrendering the petitioners in the court below." 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition, to which the learned counsel appearing for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46537 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 the State has got no objection.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the time, granted for surrendering before the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Kargahar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2022, has already expired, hence, further four weeks time be granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below and avail the privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the time, granted to the petitioners, for surrendering before the learned Court below, in terms of the order dated 24.5.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15704 of 2023 is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. It is needless to state that rest of the terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 24.5.2023 shall remain the same.
