JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Deputy General Manager, Human Resources and Administration, North Bihar Power Holding Corporation as respondent no.7 in course of the day. This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to pay retiral dues along with interest including arrears etc. with respect to the head of pension, gratuity and also the difference of salary and pension amount in view of 6th Pay Revision and Super Selection Grade revised salary

Patna High Court CWJC No.10394 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 as well as for a direction to them for payment of arrears of salary in view of the new scale. Petitioner had joined the service on 18.11.1984 and having retired on 30.11.2013 as Messenger from the Electric Supply Division, Siwan.

In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.7 by filing a detailed representation setting out his claim which should be considered by the aforesaid respondent in accordance with law and a decision should be taken by him within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is entitled for payment of some amount then that should be paid within two weeks from the date of such decision. In case, petitioner's claim does not find favour with the aforesaid respondent then he would be required to pass a reasoned order.
